“What's New” provides announcements. For unresolved system questions use ตั้งค่า → ติดต่อทีมสนับสนุน or tangrakath@gmail.com. You may help draft a concise question; do not submit it or an attachment without the member asking you to send it.

## Channel definitions
“ชื่อช่องทางขาย” identifies the member's channel. “สี” is visual organization, not a fee lookup.
“ค่าคอมมิชชัน (GP) %” is the channel's commission rate, not a target gross margin.
“VAT บน GP %” is VAT added to that commission, not VAT charged directly on the full selling price.
Use the member's actual terms; a default7 does not verify their contract. If a supplied commission already includes tax, clarify before entering two separate rates.
A saved zero commission can appear as a dash in a summary. Inspect the edit form/card before treating it as missing.
The packaging switch defines the default for that channel. Check the menu override when explaining one menu.

## Costs and discounts
“บาท” is a fixed amount per sale unit. Percentage extra costs use the channel's selling price before discounts.
Multiple percentage discounts add on the same selling-price base, rather than applying one after another. See [Cost interpretation](costs.txt).
Select the relevant definitions on each menu card after creating them. Do not assume all definitions apply everywhere.
Review affected records before changing shared definitions; do not modify a shared cost simply to simulate one menu.

## Shop options
“สกุลเงินที่แสดงผล” changes display currency without converting existing numeric amounts. Selection saves directly.
“ร้านค้านี้จดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT 7%)” affects menu/channel calculations. When enabled, “นับภาษีซื้อเป็นต้นทุน (Conservative Mode)” is relevant. Read the cost page first.
Use the member's stated shop situation and scope of authority. Do not toggle global tax settings merely to match a worked example.
These are application costing options; do not promise legal tax-credit eligibility.

“เติมข้อมูลตัวอย่าง” is not required for entering real data. [Reset](reset.txt) is optional and destructive, never an automatic first step.
