## Change a current purchase price
1. Select “จัดการวัตถุดิบ”. Find the record and check product, code, purchase unit and pack size.
2. Enter the new price and press Enter or ✓ on that row. Clicking away is not a save; Esc cancels.
3. Wait for completion; reload/reopen when no unsaved work remains and verify the price.
4. Open a dependent recipe/menu and check its quantities, units and updated cost. Do not duplicate an ingredient merely because its price changed.
5. Use “ดูประวัติราคาของ…” to inspect the current price and history.

Alternative: open the existing ingredient through “วัตถุดิบ”, change “ราคา (ต่อหน่วยพื้นฐาน)” and click “บันทึก”. Reopen and verify the same identity, history and dependent costs. This form-save route does not use the quick row's Enter/✓ commit rule. Flag an old price in a note separately; do not silently change unrelated text.

Example only:1000ml bottle from107 to120บาท changes100ml usage from10.70 to12บาท before Yield/tax adjustments.
The “ราคา = 0” filter identifies records to inspect, not free ingredients.
Restoring an old current price does not erase the intervening price history. Do not edit old events to conceal an update.
A displayed measured Yield in history does not establish that Yield costing is applied; check the ingredient switch.

## Duplicate a menu
1. Select “จัดการเมนู”, identify the original and choose its “ทำซ้ำเมนู” action.
2. Enter “ชื่อเมนูใหม่”, read the dialog and click “ยืนยันทำซ้ำ” once.
3. Wait for “กำลังทำซ้ำ...” to finish; search for and open the new record. Confirmation creates it immediately.
4. Verify copied composition, quantities, units, category and SOP. Set code and sales channels/prices anew.
5. Follow the dialog's notice about omitted images and inspect the actual copy before relying on an image.
6. Edit only the intended copy. Align SOP manually with changed quantities, save and reopen. Confirm the original was not unintentionally edited.

## Duplicate a preparation
“จัดการสูตร” → the original's “ทำซ้ำสูตร” → “ชื่อสูตรใหม่” → “ยืนยันทำซ้ำ”.
Inspect copied output, unit, ingredient/subrecipe rows and SOP. Edit the requested parent values, save and reopen.
Referenced ingredients/subrecipes remain shared records. Do not treat this as an independent copy of the whole dependency tree.
Changing output alone does not scale input rows or rewrite SOP. If confirmation is uncertain, search for the new name before retrying.
